7 week Chakra Meditation and book course running 7 Saturdays at 11:00am starting April 1st until May 13th, 2023. The book is included along will a wellness gift. Each Saturday will discuss a chapter and complete a guided meditation for the chakra center discussed.

About the event
There will be live streaming and recordings of missed classes upon request. Email me for an early copy of the book if you want to read this prior to the first class on April 1st. Otherwise the book will be available on the first session. Each chakra chapter and guided meditation will have mantras, yoga poses, essential oils, crystals and sound healing with each session. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a towel or blanket, and book to each class during the course. If unable to make a session, please email me for a live link or recording to send to you.
