Chakra Center Meditations

Chakra meditation is an ancient Eastern practice focused on balancing and aligning the body's seven invisible energy centers, or chakras, which are believed to influence psychological, emotional, and spiritual well-being. We will visualize each chakra, often associated with a color and sound (mantra), as a spinning wheel or light, and use breathwork to clear blockages, promote energy flow, and achieve a sense of balance and harmony throughout the body.
