Summer evening meditations

We will be meeting together to have a combination of guided and silent meditations in the summer evenings.  Please wear something comfortable, bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets, and a small altar item for your personal meditations such as photos of loved ones, crystals, and objects you love.  This meditation will also be virtually offered, with a Zoom link to be shared once you register.  All meditations are recorded so that you can refer back to them or if you miss a session you can review it and meditate on your own schedule with us!
