How Essential Oils Affect the Mind and Body?
Different essential oils can have varying effects on our physical and mental states. For centuries, various cultures have used essential oils for their therapeutic properties and pleasant aromas. These concentrated plant extracts capture the essence of flowers, leaves, roots, and other plant parts, offering a natural approach to well-being.
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia): Known for its calming properties, lavender can help reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality.
Peppermint (Mentha piperita): Invigorating and refreshing, peppermint may enhance mental clarity and alleviate headaches.
Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus radiata): Often used for respiratory support, eucalyptus can help clear congestion and ease breathing.
Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia): Renowned for its antimicrobial properties, tea tree oil is commonly used in skincare for acne and fungal infections.

Application:
Essential oils on temples, brow, heart, throat, lower belly, and back. During a reiki session, various oils will be used for clearing, healing, and enhancing the energetic work.
